  • About Our Founder

    Dedicated to Your Financial Journey

    Natasha Williams started her real estate journey with the purchase of a multi-family property in New York at 22 and continues to own SFH & multi-family homes, invested passively in hotel acquisition and REITs.

     

    She is a requested speaker and connects with her audience through workshops in colleges, schools, community and faith-based organizations.

     

    Previously, she served as the Managing Director of a real estate investment co-op that purchased, renovated and managed properties remotely. In addition, she was the Director of Operations for a NYC-based real estate association and have 15 years’ experience within the financial sector of Corporate America in the areas of marketing, sales training of a 1,500+ employee sales force and product development.

     

    Her passion is to continue to liberate young adults using real estate as a tool to become homeowners, investors and entrepreneurs which will empower them to be the CEO of their lives and become “financially fit”.

     

    She believes that we can overcome financial illiteracy and it is a joint effort that spans our loved ones at home to our local government and educators.

     

    The next phase is to author a workbook that will capture the 8 pillars of success and challenge young minds to exhaust their potential.

    We have successfully conducted community workshops aimed at promoting financial literacy among young individuals. These workshops have reached hundreds of participants, providing them with the tools and resources needed to manage their finances effectively. Feedback from attendees has shown a significant increase in their confidence in handling money matters.
